Kia India has officially updated its customer ownership framework under the My Convenience e-Plus program, offering a 15-year Lifetime Warranty on high-voltage battery packs of the Carens Clavis EV, following what they've done with the Syros EV.

This battery protection up to 15 years for original individual owners and an 8-year / 160,000 km transferable coverage for second owners directly addressing long-term battery degradation anxiety and safeguards used-EV resale values across Kia's mass-market portfolio. Brands like MG and Mahindra have already laid the groundwork with aggressive ownership protection frameworks like lifetime battery warranties for early adopters, and Kia now joins them too.
