Repeated violations of the commenting guidelines may result in a user being banned from further commenting or accessing the Website.
Users may submit road trip logs, including text summaries and photos, to share their travel experiences.
All content in road trip logs, including comments on other users’ logs, must maintain dignity and respect. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited.
Photos uploaded as part of road trip logs must not contain obscene content, invade the privacy of individuals, or violate any applicable laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that their uploaded content complies with these requirements.
We reserve the right to review, edit, or reject any road trip log or photo at our sole discretion. We may also modify the summary description provided by the user to enhance clarity or presentation, provided such edits do not alter the factual content of the submission.
Users grant evelectree.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute their submitted content (text and photos) on the Website and related platforms for promotional or operational purposes.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting content.
Respect the rights and privacy of other users.
Refrain from posting content that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or contains illegal material.

Welcome to ElecTree ("Application"), a crowd-sourced platform developed by Electree EV Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company") for adding and reviewing electric vehicle charging stations. By accessing or using this Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Application and should delete it from your device.
Application: Refers to ElecTree, the crowd-sourced charging station application.
Company: Refers to Electree EV Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Parent Charging Application: Refers to the main charging station application where the added charging stations are displayed.
CCS2 Charger: Refers to a Combined Charging System Type 2 electric vehicle charger.
UPI ID: Refers to the Unified Payments Interface identifier used for receiving payments.
Users must create an account to participate in the Application.
The Application offers four membership levels with specific benefits:
Bronze: Add up to 1 charging station per 24 hours; earns ₹50 per verified station.
Silver: Add up to 5 charging stations per 24 hours; earns ₹75 per verified station.
Gold: Add up to 10 charging stations per 24 hours; earns ₹100 per verified station.
Platinum: Add unlimited charging stations; earns ₹125 per verified station.
The 24-hour reset period begins from the time of the last added charging station within the daily limit.
The Company reserves the right to promote or demote users between membership levels based on internal criteria, including the accuracy, number, and frequency of submissions.
Users may be banned from adding charging stations or using the Application entirely if they submit inaccurate information or attempt to spam the community database.
Users may add charging stations that include at least one CCS2 charger.
To qualify for a payment reward, a charging station must:
Be visible on the Parent Charging Application.
Be unrestricted (i.e., publicly accessible).
Stations that are restricted or lack CCS2 chargers may be added but will not qualify for payment.
The Company holds sole discretion to approve or reject any charging station submission.
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded photos and videos do not contain indecent or privacy-invading content. The Company may use these photos in promotional campaigns.
Payments are disbursed only after a charging station is verified by the Company’s backend team.
Users must provide an accurate UPI ID for payment. The Company is not liable for payments sent to incorrect UPI IDs provided by users.
For users in promotional campaigns or employees of the Company, payment terms agreed upon during the campaign or employment period will apply instead of standard rewards.
Users are accountable for the accuracy of all information submitted, including charging station details and UPI IDs.
Users may leave reviews on added charging stations but must ensure that reviews and associated photos do not contain indecent or abusive language or content. Violations may result in a permanent ban from the Application.
Users bear full legal responsibility for any issues arising from the content they upload, including photos and videos.
The Company reserves the right to:
Approve or reject any charging station submission at its sole discretion.
Promote, demote, or ban users based on submission quality and behavior.
Utilize photos uploaded by users in promotional campaigns.
Modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of changes via the Application.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the Application.
Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information stored therein.
Interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from the Application.
Bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Application by third parties.
Errors or omissions in content or damages from use of content made available through the Application.
Defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct by any third party.
The Company may terminate a user’s account at its discretion for violations of these Terms, including submitting false information, abusive behavior, or spamming.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
