The Mahindra XEV 9e is one of the most technologically advanced and luxurious electric SUVs available in India and is designed as an SUV coupe. It features bold new styling, a powerful electric driveline, and the latest technology for the cutting-edge user in mind. There are four variants of the XEV 9e, starting at ₹21.90 lakh and topping out at ₹30.50 lakh.
The XEV 9e is available with a couple of battery options: 59 kWh and 79 kWh batteries with a range of 542–656 km on a full charge. Power outputs are between 228-282 bhp making it one of the most powerful electric SUVs in the market. The Mahindra EV 9e supports fast DC charging up to 140 kW(59 kWh) and 175 kW(79 kWh) and can be charged up to 80% in as little as 20 minutes. Home charging is available for 11 kW and 7.2 kW AC options with full charge times of 6 hours to 8.7 hours.

The interior of the XEV 9e is every bit as impressive as the exterior. The dashboard layout features three screens, an augmented reality (AR) based heads up display, and a vast 16 speaker premium sound system. These features come together to provide an experience that is truly immersive. The XEV 9e has a rear-axle-mounted electric motor that provides dynamics and rear-wheel drive fun.
The Mahindra BE 6 is the brand’s first born-electric SUV, built entirely on the advanced INGLO platform. This coupe-style SUV stands out for its sharp styling, robust performance, and future-ready technology. With deliveries now underway across India, the BE 6 currently faces a waiting period of up to six months—testament to the strong demand in its segment.
The BE 6 is offered with two battery options—59 kWh and 79 kWh—paired with a single rear-mounted electric motor. At peak output, it generates 281 bhp and 280 Nm of torque. Mahindra claims a MIDC-certified range of up to 682 km on a full charge. The BE 6 can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.7 seconds, offering a dynamic drive experience.
Thanks to its 175 kW DC fast charging support, the battery can be charged from 20% to 80% in just 20 minutes, making it highly convenient for fast-paced lifestyles.
Inside, the BE 6 sports a highly modern layout. The twin-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated BE logo and touch capacitive controls adds a futuristic touch. The cabin features a floating twin-display setup and a centre console armrest that splits the front seating area.
