Mahindra XEV 9e Cineluxe Edition Launched at ₹29.35 Lakh

Mahindra has announced the launch of new XEV 9e "Cineluxe Edition". Available in Pack 3 variant, the new version comes with dark interior theme with option of Black or White satin exterior.

Mahindra Auto has today announced the launch of a new edition of XEV 9e called the Cineluxe Edition priced at ₹29.35 Lakh ex-showroom. Available in the top trim Pack 3, it features new darker interior theme; Rich Chestnut Brown & Nocturne Black Leatherette Interiors. Previously the interiors were of lighter shade and many owners and prospective buyers had raised the concern of them getting dirty very quickly. The Cineluxe editions will also come with two new exterior shades; Satin White & Satin Black. These will be matte finishes which will offer a premium look.

Feature Additions to XEV 9e Cineluxe

Apart from the change in interior shades, Mahindra has also introduced some new features exclusively to the Cineluxe Edition of the XEV 9e.

The new electric SUV will feature a custom drive mode which was introduced in the XEV 9S. Drivers will now be able to choose a mix of the power, steering and suspension tuning of their choice from Default, Range, Everyday and Race drive modes. 

If multiple users drive a car, they will now be able to create and select their own user profiles and settings will change according to their choice. This will eliminate the need to remember preferred settings.

Apart from these, Mahindra has also added Approach Unlock and Walkaway Lock feature for added convenience.

Standard Features

Mahindra XEV 9e Cineluxe Edition is built on the same INGLO platform used on all Mahindra born electric vehicles. It will feature a 79kWh battery pack which delivers 210 kW or 281 bhp of power and 380 Nm of torque.

With fast AC and DC charging provision, the new edition with charge in 8 hours using 11kW AC charger (0-100%) and in 20 minutes from a 180 kW DC charger of 400A gun.

It features a 663 litres of boot space and a 150 litres of front trunk (Frunk). It is also equipped with 7 airbags and Level 2+ ADAS, boasting features such as Forward Collision Warning, Automatic Emergence Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control etc.

Mahindra is also offering a 15 year warranty on the battery pack. The bookings begin March 02, 2026.
