Brief Description:
As per Google Maps, this 208 kms was supposed to take about 4 hours. But since the road from Bengaluru to Chitradurga is pretty nice I ended up covering this distance in 2 hours and 48 minutes. The attached screenshot is the one for this drive. So in a 55% loss of SoC I covered 208 kms that translates to a range of ~465kms (even though DID says 6.4km/ kWh, which translates to 6.4*75kWh = 480kms range;). As might be visible in the DID picture, I did cruise at fairly high speed. I am sharing my trip details as an image as well. This shows an average speed of 73km/hr and a top speed of 120km/hr. But most of this drive was below 110km/hr. I drove almost the same as how I would drive my ICE car.About the charging station:Great location for a pitstop as we have 360 kW chargers (180 per gun at max). When I went there, 4 guns were in working condition, but in a week's time, 12 guns became operational. The restaurant Paakshala was good too. Attached images for charging station and restaurant too.

Brief Description:
Slightly spirited driving, as one can make out from the average speed of 86km/h (but a max of only 128km/h). Since this was a top-up charging pitstop, I got slightly enthusiastic while driving to save time. Not much, really, but slightly. Mostly drove below 110km/h even though I could have gone 120 just to be sane. So in a 46% loss of SoC I covered 173 kms that translates to a range of ~375kms (even though DID says 5.3km/ kWh, which translates to 5.3*75kWh = 397kms range;)The problem is that this Statiq charger has just 1 gun, and by the time I reached here, another vehicle was getting charged. Fortunately, the charging finished in 5 mins as the vehicle was charged to 100%. But 5 minutes after plugging in, the power went off, and since I had ordered a coffee, I finished it before leaving. So, overall, wasted 30 mins at this stop without charging. Since I had already planned for a backup for this pitstop, I proceeded for that charger.

Brief Description:
Drove a little aggressively to this spot since I had wasted 30 minutes in the last stop :DAs one can see from the average speed (83km/h) I tried to make up for the lost time. Also, since this was just a pitstop, I didn't bother any bit about efficiency. However, I tried to stay below 110km/h most of the times. So in a 33% loss of SoC I covered 128.5 kms that translates to a range of ~389kms (even though DID says 5.5km/ kWh, which translates to 5.3*75kWh = 412.5kms range;)This place is not a great charging spot, as the restaurant here is not good. Plus, the statiq charger here has just one gun, and hence availability might be erratic.

Brief Description:
Again, drove a little aggressively to this place. Not crossing 110km/h but trying to be in that zone most of the times. The same is visible in the average speed (~89km/h) till this place. Since I was confident of the availability of charger and trusted the vehicle I knew I would reach the place with sufficient buffer. So in a 36% loss of SoC I covered 143.3 kms that translates to a range of ~398kms (even though DID says 5.5km/ kWh, which translates to 5.3*75kWh = 412.5kms range;)Charged till 97% and left the place at 3:41 pm. Only to realise that I had left my shades at the hotel, so went to take them back, and hence when finally started at 4 pm, the SoC was 93% :P

I wanted to reach the hotel ASAP so that I don't have to drive at night and so that I get enough rest before my next day's drive. Google Maps was showing 5 hours and 21 minutes to cover this 322 km stretch. However, I was able to cover this in just 4 hours and 15 minutes. This reflects the way I would have driven during this leg of the journey. So in a 73% loss of SoC I covered 322 kms that translates to a range of ~441kms (even though DID says 6.2km/ kWh, which translates to 6.2*75kWh = 465 kms range;)This is one of the Taj hotels in Aurangabad that also has a functional charger, and hence stayed here. Food is decent. The rooms are not that great honestly.

Brief Description:
This was by far the most painful part of the journey. Firstly, the road from Aurangabad to here is pathetic. There was also a stretch of ghats with poor roads. And there were sections where trucks were trying to climb up but were getting stuck and in the process slowing down the others behind them. Since by now I was confident of my planning and the car, I drove like crazy. Google Maps showed 6 hours for this 347 kms journey but as my Trip on DID shows, I covered this in 4 hours and 44 minutes. This is when I also stopped for tea at one place (~10mins) and the pathetic traffic conditions across multiple patches. I still tried to stay below 110km/hr and only occasionally crossed 120. However, I was accelerating hard very often. I would say this driving behavior would fall in the last quartile of my driving style. So in a 89% loss of SoC, I covered 347 kms that translates to a range of ~390kms (even though DID says 5.5km/ kWh, which translates to 5.5*75kWh = 412 kms range;)The charger here, which is from Jio-bp, had 2 guns, and almost all the time I had one more car plugged (Tiago EV). This is the reason why a stop that was planned for 60 mins stretched for another 35 minutes. Left when SoC reached 84%. Attached DID picture when I left.

Brief Description:
Highway till this place was somewhat busy, and hence for 154 kms it took me about 2 hours and 14 minutes (Google maps showed about 3 hours). I showed no mercy on the vehicle and drove fast. Averaging around 70km/hr, I tried not to cross 110km/hr too often. However, while overtaking I still had to do that at times. So in a 38% loss of SoC, I covered 154 kms that translates to a range of ~405kms (even though DID says 5.7km/ kWh, which translates to 5.7*75kWh = 427 kms range;)I had to just do a small top-up here before touching the Delhi Mumbai Expressway. So had some snacks at the hotel (not too great). Tea was decent though. Also, since most of the time there was another vehicle plugged in to the other gun, the charging speed was slower.Left from here at 2pm at 82% SoC.

Brief Description:
This was the first part of the NE4. What an amazing drive. This was my first time driving on such an amazing expressway. There was no holding back. I respected the speed limits and drove very close to 118km/hr. I was also cruising the entire time. A journey that showed 2hours on Google Maps was covered in 1 hour and 22 minutes (averaging ~96km/hr)So in a 38% loss of SoC, I covered 132.5 kms that translates to a range of ~349kms (even though DID says 4.8km/ kWh, which translates to 4.8*75kWh = 360 kms range;)This is a good pitstop. I had my lunch here too. Stayed for slightly longer than expected because after a while there was another EV that got plugged into the other gun.Left at 4:30 with 99% SoC. I think I could have left at 90% when my lunch was over, but got pulled into conversation with the other EV (Harrier) owner about EV experiences so far :D

Brief Description:
Drove till the speed limit on cruise control. Set the speed to 117 on cruise as many times even on cruise during slighlt slope the speed increases and if it goes above 120 it will continuously beep unless I bring it below 115 once. Realised that the range drops to ~350 if you cruise at such high speeds. But NE4 was totally worth it. So in a 68% loss of SoC, I covered 231.2 kms that translates to a range of ~343kms (even though DID says 4.8km/ kWh, which translates to 4.8*75kWh = 360 kms range;)This is a good charging spot as the food at the Regenta resort was good, and this is very close to NE4.

I drove like a mad man till this place because I wanted to enjoy my ride to the fullest without on an expressway (as you can see in one of the images that my driving score is just 21. This is my poorest score till date). Just made sure that I'm not crossing 120km/hr too often. Just that I was accelerating hard many times. Since my final destination was very close and I needed tea/ coffee to stay focussed I stopped at this place for a very brief moment. (about 15 mins)So in a 58% loss of SoC, I covered 183 kms that translates to a range of ~315kms (even though DID says 4.3km/ kWh, which translates to 4.3*75kWh = 322 kms range;)This is an extremely good pitstop as we have chargers from Volttic as well as Electreefi. This particular charger is opposite Shahi Baithak Restaurant which is quite decent.Sharing images for my arrival and departure DID.

This was going to be the last leg of my journey. It is such a good road that I didn't want to miss any opportunity of having fun again. Once again, one of my lowest driving scores (image attached) to date. I tried to stay at 120km/hr as much as possible. Braking hard, overtaking aggressively, and just trying to get to my destination as soon as I can. Although the last 10 km, I was caught up in Delhi traffic, bringing down my average to 74km/hr..
