At ElecTree, we take pride in the quality of every product we ship. All orders are quality-checked before dispatch.
We do not accept returns. However, we offer a replacement or full refund if you receive a defective or damaged product, subject to the following conditions.
Eligibility Conditions
- The defect or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide an unboxing video as proof — the video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the product condition upon delivery
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstance

Cancellation Policy

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
